Refund Policy for Mypostiche.com at The House Of Postiche

At The House Of Postiche, we strive to provide the highest quality human hair products to our valued customers through our website, Mypostiche.com. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following strict refund policy to ensure a fair and efficient process for all parties involved.

1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Only products purchased directly from Mypostiche.com are eligible for a refund. We are unable to process refunds for items purchased from other retailers.
- The product must be in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. Any signs of wear, styling, or alteration will disqualify the item from a refund.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the product's delivery date as per the tracking information provided. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

3. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via email at support@mypostiche.com. The email should include the order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund, and clear photographic evidence of any defects or damages.
- Once the refund request is received, our customer support team will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days.
- If the refund is approved, the customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to The House Of Postiche at their own expense, using a trackable shipping method.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Exclusions:
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for a refund, as they are tailored specifically to the customer's requirements.
- Any items that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- In case of a refund, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the received item is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. The necessary evidence, such as photographs, must be provided to support the claim. The House Of Postiche will then assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Cancellation/Refund Policy 
Please Understand that after shipping, all sales are final! However, we understand that if you are unhappy with your purchase, DO NOT CUT THE LACE! 

We will gladly give a refund or exchange If:

Lace is NOT Cut
The lace is NOT tinted
Hair has NOT been cut, colored, or chemically processed
A refund will be processed after the hair has been shipped back and inspected; once approved, a refund is granted. If the unit has not passed inspection, a refund will not be approved, and the team will be shipped back to the customer.

All orders have a 48-hour return policy; this does not include refurbished units or final sale products.

Example:

You received your unit on Tuesday. It must be shipped back that Friday with tracking provided.

We are not responsible for shipping costs.

Returns are also obligated to pay a 25% Restocking fee.

The wig purchased by the customer was priced at $1,000

Restock fee: $250
