International/US Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. (this is the shipping process ONLY). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to two weeks(business days). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occur. www.mypostiche.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. www.mypostiche.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
www.mypostiche.com is not liable for any lost or damaged products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once it is handed to the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it in a timely matter. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

By submitting your order, you agree that you have 24 hours from the time purchased to cancel your order and receive a full refund after the order is placed.
After the order is fully processed, we have already purchased the supplies to create your unit. Therefore, a full refund is no longer offered at this stage.
By submitting your order, you agree that if you are unsatisfied with the finished product, we will only offer a 20% refund of the total purchase during the final stage. The picture provided will be used as a reference! We are NOT the original creators of the photo provided by the client. You understand that your unit will be replicated to our BEST knowledge and skill set. We do NOT guarantee that your unit will look precisely like the picture provided. By completing this purchase, you understand that this is a liability to the client, and we are not held responsible.
